Due to the safety of our team and your own safety, all items purchase after March 21, 2020 are final sale until further notice.
Can I return an order?
Of course, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us, as long as it is unopened. Please contact us to inform us of your intentions and we will send you the shipping address for our warehouse.
Who pays for the shipping?
If the item is being returned for a quality reason, because it is damaged or it does not function properly, please contact us and we will cover the cost of shipping. If possible, we would like to see pictures of the damage.
However, if its because you changed your mind and no longer seem to like what you ordered, then we kindly ask you to bear the costs.
When should I send the product back?
You should send it back within 14 days of your return claim.
Please put the product with all of its accessories and manuals back into its original box (if possible) and contact us to receive the shipping address for our warehouse.
How and when will I get my money back?
Once we receive the products, you will get a confirmation by email and your money will be payed back within 14 days in the same way you made the purchase.
How do I cancel an order?
You have until your order ships to return anything you bought from us. If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to inform us of your intentions. If the order has not been dispatched, we will just cancel the order. However, if the item is on its way to you, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us.
